Mr. Penn joined PDHI after serving as Vice President for Finance at the S/L/A/M Collaborative. Previously he held financial management positions at Yale and Xerox. Mr. Penn holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of
the HITRUST Business Associate Council.
