Lee Galtman, Vice President Northeast Operations. Lee is an accomplished finance executive with over 25 years of public and private Corporate Finance and M&A experience across several industries including business services, transportation, energy services, manufacturing, health care services, communications and retail. His background includes
acting as an advisor, intermediary, lender and private equity principal in numerous buyouts and financing transactions.
Prior to joining G3 as a Regional Vice President for Region 2, Lee founded and oversaw Elkins Park Capital, a boutique financial advisory services provider for middle market companies for the past 13 years. In addition to providing advisory services to private companies, Lee served as a director of transaction and analytics for a Defense and Aerospace PE firm as well as serving as the interim CFO of a glycol recycling company. Lee lives in Narberth, PA.
