Leah joins us from Force10 Networks where she served as its vice president and general counsel since August 2007 and was responsible for corporate governance and compliance, contracts, litigation, merger and acquisition activities and related integration and the intellectual property portfolio. Her prior experience includes being executive vice
president and general counsel at SpectraLink Corporation in Boulder, Colorado, and at American Tower, PictureTel, Parametric Technology and Prime Computer/Computervision all in the Boston area.
Ms. Maher holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics and government from Colby College and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law.
