As a key member of Cvent's senior management team and the company's principal legal officer, Larry is responsible for overseeing Cvent's legal affairs and providing leadership in all aspects of the business, including strategic corporate initiatives, board activities, compliance and corporate governance.
Before joining Cvent,
Larry was the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at NeuStar, Inc., a leading provider of real-time information and analysis to the Internet, telecommunications, information services, financial services, retail, media and advertising sectors. In this position, he oversaw all legal aspects of the company's transactional, corporate, governance, finance, executive compensation and securities issues. In addition, he was responsible for advising the human resource department on employment matters.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Tufts University. He then received his Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University's School of Law.
