Mr. Maker joined the Board of Danier in November 2015 and is also a member of Danier’s Governance Committee. Mr. Maker is the Managing Director and President of Soberman Maker & Associates Inc., where he assists clients and their businesses (sometimes through senior long-term assignments) in effecting improvements through strategic planning and
implementation. Mr. Maker brings with him extensive experience in senior leadership roles such as President of Alumicor Limited, and Vice President, Marketing and Procurement for Unisource Canada, Inc., where he also served on its executive committee and North American planning council.
