Laure knows all the ins and outs of regulatory requirements and ISO standards. She began her career in the medico-social sector where she quickly began working as a managing director within the healthcare facilities and associations. During this time, Laure developed a large number of projects related to quality management, in particular dedicated
to improve the healthcare pathway and implement quality management systems used to certify the organizations. After almost 15 years working in the medico-social sector, Laure decided to integrate with young, innovative and fast-growing companies to help them to evolve, by taking advantage of her perfect mastery of quality management and her thorough knowledge of international standards.
Finally, the Adents’ executive team convinced Laure to be a part of their vision. Her main goal is to implement a sustainable quality management system to achieve ISO standards and guarantee that the company complies with both the Gamp 5 principles about the conception and the development of computerized and automated systems, and the US and European regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11 and annex 11 of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Laure holds a master’s degree in Management, specializing in Quality from the University of Paris - Est
