Laszlo Bax graduated as an Industrial Design engineer (MSc) in 1991 at the Delft University of Technology. He spent ten years as an Innovation / New Business development consultant in The Netherlands working for government and industry clients. By 1999 he became managing partner of the firm in which he worked since 1992, and also initiated a
program of venture creation that led to two spin-out companies from the consultancy firm he managed. In 2002, Laszlo founded the Bax & Company consultancy in Barcelona, which today employs some 75 staff and is led by three partners. In 2013 he co-founded Braingaze together with Hans Supèr. Braingaze develops Mind Tracking solutions that leverage a patented biomarker of cognitive attention modulation based on involuntary small eye movements.
