Larry Alleva worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)in a variety of office and regional practice leadership roles for the full duration of his thirty-nine year career. Twenty-eight of these years were spent as a client service partner, and in 2007 he was appointed by PwC’s leadership to serve as the first U.S. Ethics & Compliance Leader
(Assurance) in the firm’s National Office.
These skills, along with Alleva’s enthusiasm and innovation, are beneficial to GlobalLogic as it continues to expand both financially and geographically. Alleva simultaneously serves on the corporate boards for Tesaro, Inc. and Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc., where he also chairs the audit committee for these boards.
Alleva graduated from Ithaca College magna cum lade with a B.S. in Accounting. He attended Columbia University’s Executive MBA Program and is a Certified Public Accountant.
