Lane Carpenter is the principal at Dominus Capital. Lane Carpenter joined HRCP in 2016. Lane currently serves as a director of Horizon Bradco, Inc. and a board observer of GrayMatter LLC. Lane assists with both new investment activities and portfolio development. Prior to joining HRCP, Lane was an associate at Macquarie Group, and before that was
an associate at Staple Street Capital, a turnaround private equity firm. Lane started his career in the transportation investment banking group at Dahlman Rose & Co. (now Cowen Group). Lane earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
