Kyle is co-founder and Accial Capital’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. Kyle manages all aspects related to investment and investor structuring. On the investment side he works closely with NY counsel and local counsel to optimize deal structures globally to create secured asset-backed lending vehicles
that accomplish both security and operational success for each investment. On the investor side, Kyle works closely on structuring investment vehicles to fulfill the needs of investors. He also oversees the technology management of Accial Capital including investment monitoring tools.
Prior to Accial Capital, Kyle was a co-founder of EFL (Entrepreneurial Finance Lab) in 2010, an alternative credit scoring company that worked across emerging markets (Latin America, Africa and Asia) providing credit scores to both banks and alternative lenders. He was responsible for the product development of the company’s technology and identifying new sources of data that could be used for both underwriting and fraud detection. Kyle completed his undergraduate studies in international business from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. Kyle also was part of the research team that spun out EFL from Harvard University.
