Kyle works on the originations team assisting in all origination efforts. He is a graduate of the University of Washington where he received a B.S. in Real Estate. Prior to his arrival at West Bay Capital, Kyle gained experience at SRS Real Estate Partners in Newport Beach as an analyst for the company’s National Net Lease Group.
Before
graduating from the University of Washington, Kyle attended St. John's University where he was a Division 1 lacrosse player and earned a place on the Big East All-Academic team. In his time away from the office, Kyle enjoys working out, being outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Kyle currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California.
