His versatility and entrepreneurial mindset have defined Kyle McAuley’s career path. After graduating from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle with a degree in theater, he moved to Los Angeles in 2012, ready to dive into the city’s creative scene. Initially, he focused on acting and music, producing, directing, and hosting original content,
including short films and digital projects. However, it wasn’t long before he discovered his interest in real estate and business, where he has since carved out a successful and rewarding career.
In 2015, Kyle took his first step into real estate by purchasing a condo in Northridge, California, which he turned into a long-term rental property. This was just the beginning of his journey as an investor. In 2022, he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two properties—one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the other in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This strategic reinvestment demonstrates his growing expertise in real estate and his ability to leverage property for financial growth.
Before entering the business world, Kyle built a career as a professional DJ and emcee under the name DJ Lunakye with VOX DJS. For six years, he entertained at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events, gaining a reputation for engaging and entertaining diverse audiences. Though he no longer actively advertises his DJ services, he occasionally performs for friends and past clients. His Lunakye persona continues to be a part of his social media presence, showcasing his creative side alongside his business ventures.
Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, Kyle is active in political commentary, engaging his audience through daily posts on Instagram and X. He shares his views on social issues, economic trends, and foreign policy, offering insightful commentary with humor and relatability. His content resonates with his followers, encouraging open dialogue and offering perspectives grounded in conservative principles. His advocacy fosters meaningful change and strengthens the nation through active engagement.
Kyle’s involvement in entertainment began at a young age, performing in plays, musicals, and TV shows. His work as a producer, director, and host earned him recognition at NewFilmmakers Los Angeles, where he showcased his talent for original content creation. He also served as Committee Chairman for NFMLA, demonstrating his leadership abilities by coordinating team efforts and ensuring the success of various projects.
Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cornish College of the Arts and additional certifications in civic leadership and dramatic arts, Kyle continues to apply his diverse background to his work and personal growth.
