Kyle is a science and technology policy expert focused on the sectors of human and environmental health. He has over 2 decades experience managing projects in areas that include environmental health, disease surveillance and control, public health monitoring and public health relating to national security. As a government contractor for some of the
largest firms in the DC area he has performed work for agencies such as CDC, FDA, CMS, EPA, Dept of ED, DOE, DOC and NIH. He has served as the lead and contributing author to numerous peer-reviewed published articles across the human and environmental health subject areas. He has been an invited speaker to universities and national scientific meetings to present his academic and industry-related work.
Kyle received his bachelor of arts degree in biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his master of science degree in biomedical sciences from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, and his doctorate in public policy (emphasis on health policy) from George Mason University in Virginia. He has led research efforts for some of the leading institutions in the nation including: University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and Johns Hopkins.
