A seasoned P3 project professional, Kyle Duignan oversees the day-to-day operations at Forum’s western office in Vancouver. He spent several years working for SNC-Lavalin Capital as Director of Infrastructure Investment. In this role, he led teams on some of Canada’s largest P3 pursuits, gaining indepth experience in the heavy
civil/transportation sectors.
Prior to working for SNC-Lavalin Capital, Kyle worked for five years as Project Director with Partnerships BC where he took a leading role during the business case and procurement phases of major public infrastructure projects and ensured that the projects were structured to be delivered on time and on budget. Kyle holds a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Masters in Business Administration from University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
