Before promoting to Chief of Staff, Kyle worked as an Associate on the investment team at Glasswing Ventures. Kyle has four years of venture accelerator, startup, and finance experience. Previously, he was the Venture Director of Northeastern University’s IDEA Venture Accelerator where he led a 17-person team supporting entrepreneurs through
mentorship, strategic partnerships, and non-equity capital.
In his new role, Kyle works cross-functionally across the Investment and Platform teams to support firm projects. He is also a Board Observer for portfolio companies CloudTruth and Basetwo AI.
Kyle graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Huntington 100 honors society from Northeastern University with a BS in Finance and is an MBA admit to Harvard Business School through the 2+2 deferred admissions program.
