Kyle joined AGS in 2013. In his current role as VP, Corporate Development at AGS Capital, Kyle’s primary responsibilities are to assist in the management and oversight of several portfolio investments and seek out new venture/private equity opportunities.
Kyle's financial and operations background and practical experience in dealing
with a wide variety of company and industry situations ideally situate him to be an asset to the AGS team. Prior to joining AGS, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of EDCI Holdings, Inc., where he was responsible for all financial matters for a publically traded entity who’s wholly owned subsidiaries had annual revenues in excess of $150 MM. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cocona, Inc., a Boulder, CO company, where he helped oversee a capital raise of $15 MM for the expansion of the business. Early in his career, Kyle held manager and associate roles, respectively, for the regional accounting firms Hein & Associates and Crowe Horwath.
Kyle is a graduate of the Indiana University, with a BS in Accounting. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from Indiana University– South Bend, and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Indiana Society of CPAs. Kyle enjoys playing basketball with friends and is a devoted member of the Fishers YMCA. He is a diehard Indiana University basketball fan and also supports his home town Notre Dame Fighting Irish when football season rolls around. He and his wife Tara live in Fishers with their daughters Ava and Scarlett.
