Kyle Bertrand, VP Carrier Services and Procurement Management, is responsible for Long Distance Termination, Toll Free Origination, SS7 Services and Procurement Management for Onvoy. Prior to Onvoy, Kyle served as Vice President of Network Planning and Regulation for Broadvox, which was acquired by Onvoy, LLC in 2015. Kyle has over 25 years of
Telecom experience and is often noted by colleagues to be one of the most knowledgeable people in Telecom.
Kyle started his career as a Manager at Centurytel and then at Metro Access Networks. Kyle moved on to be a Director of Engineering and Provisioning at CoServ before joining @Link Networks as their Vice President of Engineering, where he was responsible for Network Development, Planning, Design, Procurement, Implementation, and Provisioning of a 14 state network. Kyle then spent 8 years in Network and Engineering at Pac-West where he was responsible for Network Operations & Planning, Provisioning, CAPEX, OPEX, Network Engineering, Sales Engineering, Traffic & Translation Engineering and the NOC.
Kyle holds a B.S. degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University
