Krish Ayyar is a Management Consultant who enjoys helping organizations with their Enterprise and Business Transformation efforts through an Architectural approach. His extensive experience in Strategic, Tactical and Project based consulting has seen him bring significant value to his client engagements over the years.
Krish has extensive
experience in Package implementation particularly with ERP, CRM and other large Enterprise Applications. He has played Senior Consulting Management and Project Management roles in very large projects in Australia and across the Asia Pacific covering industry segments such as Retail, Wholesale, FMCG, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance and Airlines.
In his previous roles, Krish worked as Enterprise Architect for a large Retail Group in Australia where he established their EA Capability and Governance structure. Also, as the Lead Trainer and Senior EA Consultant for an Architecture Consulting company in Australia, Krish mentored and trained many Architects and Senior IT Managers globally to achieve TOGAF 8.1 and TOGAF 9 certifications as integral part of their company’s Enterprise Architecture Programs.
