Kristina Leslie is director for several corporate boards and has more than 15 years of experience serving in directorships and as audit committee member on the boards of publicly traded companies, private entities and non-profits.
She currently serves on the corporate boards of Glassdoor, Blue Shield of California, CVB Financial Corp. and Pico
Holdings Inc.
From 2004 to 2007, Kristina was chief financial officer for DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., where she managed all aspects of the day-to-day company operations. Prior to DreamWorks Animation, she was CFO and head of corporate finance and strategic planning for DreamWorks LLC, where she negotiated and oversaw the reorganisation of the company in preparation for its IPO.
Before joining DreamWorks, Kristina was the director of financial planning for Viacom and has held several positions in treasury, financial and strategic planning and investor relations for Paramount Communications.
She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bucknell University.
