J. Kofi Bucknor is the Chief Executive Officer of J. Kofi Bucknor & Associates, a Ghanaian corporate finance advisory and propriety investing firm established in 2000. He currently serves on the boards of ARM (Nigeria) and Saham Assurances Limited (Morocco) and Consolidated Infrastructure Group (South Africa). Mr. Bucknor is the former Chairman
of Ghana’s Investment Advisory Committee, which advises on the management of part of the country’s oil revenues. Mr. Bucknor formerly served as a Director of Chirano Gold Mines, Ashanti Goldfields Corporation, National Investment Bank (Ghana) and Ecobank Transnational Corporation. He was a member of the International Advisory Board of Normandy Mining Corporation (Australia). Mr. Bucknor is also a former Chairman of the Ghana Stock Exchange.
