Knut Hechtfischer holds university degrees in both law and economics (MA equivalent) and worked in international law firms based in London, Frankfurt and Berlin, servicing national and international clients in the fields of regulation/privatization, acquisition and finance. His fascination for renewable energies soon informed his work as a
legal counselor and beyond. In 2007, Knut developed the idea and the underlying technical and economic concepts of ubitricity and founded the company together with his colleague and friend Dr. Frank Pawlitschek in 2008.
