Klaus brings over 30 years of experience within software development and providing research analytic services, working in a host of environments from control systems for industry to the health services environment. Previously employed by Health Dialog, he led a team of developers to create analytic systems tools for the management of large data
systems involving health care and predictive models.
Klaus was also the primary architect and developer of a series of tools in order to predict readmission risks, and to stratify different segments of the population for collaborative care and community nurse intervention. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Maine.
