As Chief Financial Officer, Kirk Orgeldinger directs the company's corporate accounting, financial planning, reporting, legal and M&A activities.
Previously, Kirk was Accruent’s Senior Vice President of Finance, responsible for the company’s financial planning and reporting, business systems and facilities.
Prior to joining Accruent,
Kirk worked for Lockheed Martin & BAE Systems for 13 years in New Hampshire, New York and Texas in a variety of financial and business systems roles. He was part of several acquisitions and business integrations during this time. As the controller at Three Rivers, an Austin-based oil and gas company, Kirk established the company’s accounting department and systems as the company prepared for a potential IPO.
Kirk received his BA from Saint Anselm College and his MBA from Boston College.
