Kimberly Strunk is the Founder and Chief Clinical Officer at Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers. Kim Strunk started it all in Kokomo Indiana in 2005.
With over 20 years’ experience working in pediatrics as an occupational therapist focused on early intervention, she participated with First Steps, Indiana’s early intervention program. Kim served
the very first eligibility determination team. During this time, Kim identified a gap for more intensive therapies between the time the child aged out of the program and was old enough to enter grade school. She also identified the obstacles families faced in getting their children the necessary plan of care needed. From here the idea was born, there has to be a better way. In 2005, Strunk founded and opened her first autism therapy center in Kokomo, Indiana called Homefront Learning Center.
