Kim Kadlec serves as the President of GNC Americas at Starcom MediaVest Group, Inc. (SMG). Kim Kadlec served as Head of Relationship Management at AOL Inc. She served as Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at AOL, where led relationships with large-scale digital, content and technology organizations to grow audience and footprint for AOL
worldwide, while improving user experience for consumers, marketers and agencies. Kim Kadlec focus on building strategic distribution partnerships with leading, large-scale organizations to strengthen and grow the audience for AOL's content, brands, and platforms around the world. She joined AOL from Johnson & Johnson, where she served as the Worldwide Vice President, Global Marketing Group. She served as the Chief Media Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Media at Johnson & Johnson. Kim Kadlec has a track record of building brands on a global scale, and navigating the shift by advertisers into digital media. As a leader in the industry, she introduced an updated version of the "4 P's" of marketing -- a longstanding pillar for the industry -- purpose, presence, proximity and partnership. She was with J&J for the past eight years steering the company's global media practice. She's been focused on innovation, content and technology as a way to determine optimal media investment strategies. Previously, she served as Vice President, Branded Entertainment with NBC Universal, where she launched its first division dedicated to integrating brand storytelling into TV programming. She has held senior roles with Fox Entertainment Group and with media agencies Universal McCann and Zenith Media. She served as a Director of Center for Communication, Inc. Kim Kadlec is a member of the Business Advisory Council for the Farmer School of Business at Miami University (Ohio), and sits on the Boards of the American Advertising Federation, the Association of National Advertisers and DoSomething.org. She has been recognized throughout her career for excellence by organizations such as AdAge and the Advertising Education Foundation.
