Kiley Doll is a successful sales executive and serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience working and consulting with household brands like Amazon, EO, Long Realty Company, and more in North America, Europe, and Africa.
While working at Quick Weight Loss Center, it took less than 4 years for Kiley to work her way from a regular
sales position to cement herself as a force to be reckoned with and make her mark as director for sales. In her next career move at Long Realty Company, she consistently ranked among the top 10% high earning realtors in the company, earning herself a highly sought-after membership of the prestigious “Circle 26 Club”, an exclusive title reserved for agents with an annual sales volume exceeding $10 million.
As inventor and founder of the Kover Kritters brand, Kiley’s expertise at selling ideas led to her reaching a goal of $45,000 in a Kickstarter campaign; and taking the project from conception to a fully-fledged product launch in a few short years. During this time, Kiley was successful in raising funds from private investors at a pre-money valuation of $2 million.
As owner of Business in a Box, Kiley has served hundreds of customers across the US with a combined annual revenue of $23.45 million. Integrated tools and services into the customer’s core offering generate an annual income of $210,000.
Kiley's appetite for sales and entrepreneurship is rooted in the professional services sector. She stands firmly behind the idea that passion is the key to sales. In her own words, “If you’re crazy about something, nothing can stop you from convincing someone else to be crazy about it too.”
Female empowerment is a cause that is particularly close to Kiley’s heart. She runs several mentorship programs both in the U.S. and in under-developed African countries. Her goal is to encourage women to play to their strengths and harness their full potential in order to achieve the work-life-dream balance they deserve.
