With a strong foundation in end-to-end product design and UX research, Khayal experienced firsthand the massive bottleneck of manual user interviews. Throughout his career as a Product and
UX/UI Designer at companies like Azerconnect Group, PASHA Bank, and Caspian Tech, he spent countless hours conducting user interviews, identifying user needs, and building information architectures. He realized that traditional research processes, such as finding participants, scheduling calls, and manual analysis, are simply too slow and expensive for modern product teams.
This deep understanding of user experience led to the creation of Askiva. Today, Khayal leads the product vision to help teams conduct AI-led, conversational interviews at scale. He is currently focused on iterating Askiva's [MVP/Beta] and expanding its global footprint, allowing researchers and marketers to turn weeks of manual work into instant, actionable insights.
