Kevin O'Shea is the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at AvalonBay.
Prior to being named CFO, effective June 2014, Kevin served in several capacities within the Company’s Financial Services Department, including Executive Vice President Capital Markets, Senior Vice President Investment Management, and Vice President Investment Management.
Before joining AvalonBay in 2003, Kevin was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank, where his experience included REIT capital markets and M&A transactions as an investment banker. Earlier in his career, he practiced commercial real estate and banking law as an attorney.
Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard University, a JD from Southern Methodist University and a BA from Boston College.
