In such areas as Healthcare IT, hospital management, managed care, physician practice management, home health and others, he has completed over $30 billion of mergers and
acquisitions and raised more than $5 billion in equity and debt capital. His interests in healthcare began earlier in his career while studying genetics at The Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from MIT and an MBA (beta gamma sigma) from Columbia Business School.
