Kevin Graff has assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development, addressing Advantage xPO’s expanding footprint. Based in Chicago, Kevin will focus on new business origination efforts for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Provider (MSP), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offerings globally. Kevin
joins Advantage xPO following his role as the Sales Practice Leader at Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company. Kevin was responsible for driving organic growth opportunities between the portfolio companies of the private equity firm. Before joining Cerberus, Kevin worked at General Electric where led key growth initiatives across a diverse set of GE businesses, including Consumer Products, Equipment Leasing, Energy, and Water Technologies. Kevin is a Six Sigma Blackbelt and graduate of multiple GE leadership development programs.
