I have over 25 year of CFO-level experience leading SaaS technology companies in debt & equity fund raising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financial planning & modeling, strategy, investor relations, human resources, risk & compliance, and day-to-day accounting. I work closely with the CEO, board of directors and outside
banker, audit, tax, and legal and investment banker professionals to execute on the business strategy and ensure the company is always prepared for a successful exit. I’ve led one IPO, raised multiple rounds of venture capital, made two successful acquisitions and six successful exits.
