Kenneth Shepherd

After graduating with a degree in Industrial Distribution from Sam Houston State, Kenneth launched what would become an extraordinarily successful career. Straight out of college, he accepted a position as a sales associate for the construction equipment company Prime Equipment. Shortly thereafter, he was offered a higher-ranking full-time position in outside sales with K&M Tools. Seizing an opportunity to grow, he accepted the role and became quickly hooked on the fast-paced, breakneck nature of the business landscape.

While others may have found the quick and demanding nature of his role overwhelming, Kenneth discovered that he thrived amidst its many challenges. Enthralled with the opportunity to continually improve his abilities and broaden his expertise, he dedicated the next ten years to vigilantly honing his professional skillset. Throughout his career, Kenneth has used his distinctive talents to achieve the professional success and status he now enjoys.

Since those early years, Kenneth has used his skills and industry insights to help companies in a wide range of industries implement successful strategies for significant, sustainable growth. His professional work experience highlights collaborations with several well-known and respected corporations including Loenbro and Hi-Tech Industrial.

Kenneth attributes much of his success to his growth mindset, opportunistic approach, and ability to envision the bigger picture. Believing firmly in the power of perseverance, he has never allowed the possibility of failure to intimidate him—instead, he believes it should be valued as a priceless opportunity for growth.

Outside of his rich professional life, Kenneth also enjoys hunting, fishing, and reading. He is based currently out of Pasadena, Texas, where he continues working for Loenbro, a leader in the world of industrial construction, inspection, and electrical. He is known by his peers as an innovative thinker, hard worker, and sharp businessman.
