Kenny Jackson joined South Carolina Electric and Gas in 1978 and has served in various
professional and leadership positions within SCE&G and SCANA throughout his tenure,
including more than 20 years in the SCE&G regulatory departments.
In his current position, he is responsible for the rates and regulatory functions, including rate
design, cost of service, fuel cost recovery, rate administration and regulatory accounting for
SCE&G. He also oversees economic development activities while developing and maintaining
strong relationships with all levels of government – federal, state and local – as well as certain
regulatory agencies.
