Ken Taylor has over 25 years of financial, M&A and operational experience with various technology companies. Ken also currently serves as director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Sandvine Corporation. Prior to joining BTI, Ken was CFO of March Networks Corporation until it was acquired in 2012 and just prior to that he served as CFO and COO
for Proshred Security International. Ken also spent nearly 10 years with Newbridge Networks Corp., and held the position of Vice President Finance when Newbridge was sold to Alcatel SA for $7B (US) in 2001. Ken is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
