As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Ken leads Q4's overall legal and compliance strategy. Ken also provides corporate secretarial support to Q4's Board of Directors.
Ken has over 12 years of experience advising clients in various technology sectors on commercial legal issues, corporate strategy, development and financing,
intellectual property and litigation.
Prior to joining Q4, Ken served as general counsel at NexJ Systems and as Senior Counsel at Ingram Micro. Ken began his career in private practice with several prominent law firms in New York City and Toronto. He holds a law degree from the University of Windsor and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
