Ken was formerly the CEO of Groupon Ukraine, where he grew the firm from a small #4 position into the clear market leader. He is also a co-founder and shareholder at uGift, which was nominated as #12 startup for IDCEE in 2012 and #1 e-Commerce startup in Ukraine by The Next Web for 2013. Ken previously worked at Pomelo Fashion as a Vice President

From 2008 - 2011 Ken was an executive at Visa Inc. where he ran the $30m+ issuing products business for CIS and Southeast European countries. Ken joined Visa after managing a couple of projects for them as a consultant for the Russian strategy consulting firm, Strategy Partners, where he was a Senior Manager. In total Ken spent over seven years as a strategy consultant after working with BCG in Europe and Mars & Co. in Japan. During that time he advised at the CEO and board level of firms such as HP, Universal Music, Bertelsmann, Nestle, Permira, Daimler, Astra Zeneca, and Unilever.
Ken earned a Bachelors of Science at Cornell University and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
