Ken Gillette’s role as Co-Founder and COO of Pocket Prep, Inc. involves the creation and alignment of the company’s technical road map with its overall vision. He’s also responsible for strategic planning and partnership negotiations. Ken has secured partnerships with credentialing organizations to successfully create and deliver test prep content.
Ken started his career at Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace company. He went from a supervisory position to an advanced leadership role as Performance Management Site Lead. He was responsible for leading quality improvement and employee engagement initiatives.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has logged over 300 hours of kaizen and process improvement activities.
