Ken Galaznik has been a member of Bridgeline Digitals Board of Directors since 2007, and is the Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee.
From February 2005 Mr. Galaznik has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer for American Science & Engineering, a publicly held company with a public market cap of approximately $600 Million.
Mr. Galaznik is responsible for the American Science & Engineering’s day-to-day financial management, treasury, and SEC compliance, and information technology functions.In addition, Mr. Galaznik is responsible for all Investor Relations within the financial community.

Mr. Galaznik has been with American Science and Engineering since August 2002, serving as Vice President of Finance and subsequently appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AS&E American Science and Engineering, he was Vice President of Finance at Spectro Analytical Instruments, Inc. and has 27 years of experience in accounting and finance positions in manufacturing and real estate development entities.
Mr. Galaznik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Houston.
