Ken Bisconti is the worldwide business and product management leader for IBM's Customer Analytics software solutions which are a core component of IBM’s Watson customer engagement portfolio. He manages IBM's digital analytics (formerly Coremetrics), customer behavior analytics (formerly Tealeaf) and omni-channel journey analytics
solutions and is a key member of IBM's Customer Engagement leadership team.
Ken has more than twenty-five years of product management experience at IBM, including vice president of IBM Enterprise Content Management where he integrated FileNet into IBM and helped bring Datacap, PSS Systems and StoredIQ into the industry's largest ECM business. He has also held a variety of executive positions in IBM's enterprise portal and collaboration software businesses.
Mr. Bisconti holds a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics and decision
sciences from the University of California at San Diego. He is also a recent
member of the board of directors for AIIM, the industry’s leading association of
information professionals.
