Dr. Kemar Green is a neurologist, neuro-ophthalmologist, and oto-neurologist and former Johns Hopkins University faculty. His academic research focused on non-invasive NeuroAI systems that infer neural state from naturalistic human behavior using device-agnostic sensing, with a particular emphasis on oculomotor and vestibular physiology. He has
worked on translating multimodal biomarkers from consumer devices and wearables into interpretable, mechanistic measures for early detection, triage, longitudinal monitoring, and telehealth-enabled neurologic care. He also develops synthetic neurophysiology and digital “neurophysiology twin” approaches to address limited clinical datasets and to model disease trajectories and therapeutic response. Dr. Green is the Founder and CEO of NeuroAgent AI, Inc., which is building clinician-ready tools for objective neurologic assessment and monitoring in telehealth and frontline settings. He is also the Founder and CEO of HazyEyes, Inc., a non-clinical safety technology company developing rapid, camera-based eye-movement impairment screening tools for consumer and public-safety use cases.
