Kelley Millet

While at the firm, Kelley Millet held a variety of positions including Global Head of Capital Markets and Syndicate and Managing Director. He was integral in merging the cash and credit default swaps businesses on a global basis. Kelley Millet is the Vice Chairman of Banca IMI Securities. He served as a Director of TICC Capital Corp. since September 2, 2016. He served as an Independent Director of Investment Technology Group, Inc. from August 2014 to October 7, 2016. From 2012 to 2016, Kelley Millet served as Director of The Mutual Fund Store. Prior to this, Kelley Millet served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Pierpont Capital Advisors LLC from 2012 to 2013 and Cortview Capital Holdings Inc. from 2011 to 2012. He also served as a Director of MarketAxess Holdings Inc. from April 2007 to July 8, 2011. Kelley Millet has 30 years of fixed income experience. He has significant experience as a senior executive coupled with financial expertise and public company board experience. Kelley Millet received a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
