The roots of Keith’s exemplary abilities in accounting could be traced to his childhood, when he displayed a natural talent for numbers at a very early age. Gifted with innate skill in handling mathematical calculations and budgeting with equal ease, it seemed by all accounts that a career in finance was in his future.

Keith earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting at California State University, where he continued to display exceptional skill and innate ability. Even while studying toward his degree, Keith worked as an accountant for Davenport’s owned by Dwight Davenport. The experience proved to be a fortuitous one for Keith, providing him with a depth of knowledge and experience that he continues to draw on to this day.

After Davenport’s, Keith established his own firm. Named Priority Financial Services, the fledgling company soon achieved a sizable clientele in the Bay Area, offering a variety of accounting and tax related services. Combining the skills he learned at Davenport’s with his own innovative approach and dedication to client service, Keith was fast becoming an industry leader in financial circles.

As successful as Priority Financial Services was, it was only the start of even bigger and better things for Keith Towns. In 1998, He enlisted Doris Chatman and James Lane to be the lead executives of the accounting division of what would be his most successful venture: Emerge Financial Group. This new firm would build on the success of Keith’s earlier ventures in financial analysis and broaden its scope by addressing the needs of a wider variety of clients. The team later added Gene Hilliard to lead the Wealthcare division, further expanding the company’s range of services.

Over the years, Emerge Financial Group has grown to become the premier financial management firm in California. Staffed by a team of highly qualified and thoroughly dedicated professionals, Emerge is every bit the realization of its CEO’s drive and focus.
