Keith Stein, a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Bar in 1989. He has taught at the Law Society of Upper Canada and York University.Mr. Stein is Counsel for the law firm Heenan Blaikie in Toronto. From 2004 to 2008, he was a senior executive with Magna International Inc. and continued to act as a consultant until November 2010.
Prior to becoming a consultant, He held the position of Senior Vice-President of Corporate Affairs at Magna International and, before joining Magna, he was Senior Corporate Counsel for Toyota Canada and Toyota Credit Canada.
He is actively involved in the resource sector including oil and gas projects in Western Canada and mineral exploration efforts in South America. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Alder Resources (TSX Venture: ALR) and has been a founding director of three capital pool companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
