Mr. Grimes is a seasoned executive manager with proven experience as a strategic member of leadership teams. As the Associate Director of the Wright State Research Institute he led the capture, business development, staffing and execution of over $25M in multi-year R&D contracts with defense department R&D labs, the commercial sector, and
the state of Ohio. Prior to his tenure with Wright State, Mr. Grimes served as a Principal/Director with Booz Allen Hamilton and led a 130-person team that executed over $200M in multi-year Defense R&D contracts. Mr. Grimes has a Master’s in Business Administration, Master of Science in Systems Engineering, Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
