Keith joined AGR Partners in 2014 and is a Managing Director in AGR’s new Chicago office. Keith brings sixteen years of private equity experience to AGR. Most recently, in 2009, he co-founded Torch Lake Capital Partners, a private equity fund based in Chicago that invests in food-related industries, consumer products, business services,
manufacturing, and specialty finance companies. Prior to Torch Lake Capital, Keith spent seven years at Hilco Equity Partners as Managing Director. He played a key role in all aspects of the two funds’ activities, including investment origination and execution, executive recruitment, fundraising, portfolio company strategic direction, and oversight of the Funds’ investments, including Niman Ranch, Inc., Sioux-Preme Packing Co., Awrey Bakeries, LLC, and RCL Services Group, LLC, a railroad services company. Keith has also worked as Vice President at Gryphon Investors, and at GE Capital’s Merchant Banking Group, where he led the opening of its San Francisco office. He began his career as an analyst at Bank of America. He has served on numerous Boards during his career and currently serves as a board member for Global Funding Solutions, LLC and board advisor to RCL Services Group, LLC. Keith received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from Miami University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife and daughter.
