Before joining BT Global worked at Optimizely and managed Microsoft's Western European strategic approach to integrate the voice of Microsoft customers and partners into both products & services, processes and tools. Before this Senior Director Partner & Field Operations at Microsoft's EMEA Operations Centre (EOC) in Dublin, managing the strategic, business and operational services to Microsoft Channel Partners and internal stakeholders across 62 subsidiaries as well as the Director for Microsoft's Office Business Group for Central and Eastern Europe based in Munich.
