Katie joined the TCC in 2013 and was involved in the formation of Round Room. She assists in leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Katie serves as a member of the Company’s executive team and manages all legal functions within the Round Room enterprise. This includes all major business transactions, including acquisitions,
divestitures and joint ventures; the Company’s financing, including assessing and advising on current and future business structures and legal entities; compliance; employment matters; intellectual property and customer-related issues for the consumer-facing businesses; definition and development of enterprise policies, procedures and programs; and commercial agreements. Katie also oversees TCC’s Real Estate Department.
Katie received her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Indiana University - Robert McKinney School of Law, and a B.A., with the Highest Distinction, from Purdue University. In her time out of the office, Katie has volunteered with many not-for-profit entities and causes; however, her charitable involvement is largely spent with Children’s TherAplay, as she has been on that Board for nearly 10 years. Katie and her husband Justin are raising two little boys and reside in Westfield, Indiana.
