Kate joined the firm in 2008 as chief financial officer, and has more than 25 years of experience in law firm senior financial management. She leads a team of about 100 finance, accounting, administrative, and billing professionals across the firm who are responsible for all of Seyfarth’s general accounting and financial reporting, financial
analysis, budgeting, billing and collections, treasury functions, taxes, and audits.
Kate works closely with leadership to develop and accomplish the firm’s financial goals. She and her team work closely with all other administrative departments to ensure adherence to firm policies and align with firm financial goals.
