Assuming her role in February 2017, Karin Kirkpatrick serves as the CEO of Family Services of Greater Vancouver, a Canadian organization geared toward helping individuals of all ages achieve their highest potential. Karin Kirkpatrick has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia
for the past 11 years, providing instruction to both undergraduate and graduate students on topics such as employee relations and organizational behavior. Prior to her current posts, Ms. Kirkpatrick was CEO of the Real Estate Foundation, a charitable group established as a result of the Real Estate Services Act.
Before entering her professional career, Karin Kirkpatrick earned an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. From there, she went on to graduate from the School of Law at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland as a master of laws with special emphasis on international law and practice. She serves on the board of the Judicial Council of British Columbia.
