Karin joined Peak 10 in July 2011. She is responsible for all human resources activities supporting business growth and centering on the attraction and retention of the Peak 10 team.
Prior to joining Peak 10, Karin served as the Senior Human Resources Division Manager for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems’ commercial business units. She
also spent fourteen years in various human resources management positions including holding senior leadership roles with AdTran, a manufacturer of high-speed telecommunication devices and CTI-Siemens, a manufacturer of medical imaging devices.
Karin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and is a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR). She also holds additional professional certifications in leading organizational transition and delivering performance feedback and coaching.
